Cardano’s community treasury has committed 457,395,629 ADA across 30 approved payout proposals, reaching 91.5 percent of its 500 million ADA ceiling for the current budget cycle. The remaining 42,604,371 ADA, valued at approximately $9.5 million, is designated to cover allocations until the period concludes at the end of June 2027.

The spending boundary, known as the Net Change Limit, governs total approved outflows between epochs 613 and 713 without capping total treasury reserves. Established through a non-technical InfoAction proposal supported by 62.35 percent of delegated representative voting power, the limit marks a 43 percent increase over the prior period's 350 million ADA threshold.

Major disbursements include 120 million ADA allocated to the AlphaGrowth Cardano PRIME programme, 62.1 million ADA for maintenance by Input Output and Ensurable Systems, 50 million ADA for a fund with Draper Dragon, and 32.9 million ADA for Cardano Vision 2026. Since 2025, cumulative enacted payouts across 70 proposals have reached 804,427,136 ADA.

These two are not the same thing, and one does not produce the other. The left is how this single article reads, from its tone alone. The right is the site’s own call on the asset, from indicators and analysis. Press tone feeds no score and no signal: on the only corpus this site has measured, daily tone tracked the move that had already happened and showed no measurable link with what followed.
