Binance Bitcoin Reserves Drop by 40,000 BTC Over 15 Days
Outflows from Binance have reached multi-year highs as approximately $3.3 billion worth of Bitcoin left the exchange during a two-week period.
Bitcoin reserves on Binance decreased by roughly 40,000 BTC over a 15-day span, representing about $3.3 billion in value. According to analysis shared on X by Darkfost, the platform's reserves fell from 704,800 BTC on September 20 to 663,100 BTC, while Bitcoin consolidated around the $85,000 level.
Net outflows from the exchange reached multi-year highs, with weekly withdrawals totaling 23,100 BTC, or approximately $1.4 billion. This marked the largest single-week net outflow from Binance since June 2023, accompanied by a recent daily outflow of nearly 14,300 BTC.
The analyst noted that large volumes of Bitcoin leaving a major exchange often point toward accumulation and long-term holding strategies. While the current pattern resembles market behavior seen during the 2023 recovery, the report cautions that exchange outflows alone do not ensure upward price movement.
These two are not the same thing, and one does not produce the other. The left is how this single article reads, from its tone alone. The right is the site’s own call on the asset, from indicators and analysis. Press tone feeds no score and no signal: on the only corpus this site has measured, daily tone tracked the move that had already happened and showed no measurable link with what followed.
