Moscow Exchange to List Synthetic Perpetual Futures Across Five Digital Assets
Perpetual contracts covering Solana and other leading tokens will be available to qualified participants on the Moscow Exchange starting September 22.
The Moscow Exchange (MOEX) is scheduled to list perpetual futures based on its own indices for Solana, Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, and Tron on September 22. The contracts will be accessible only to qualified market participants.
Each contract will be priced in US dollars and settled in rubles through cash compensation, leaving the underlying cryptocurrencies undelivered. This structure complies with Bank of Russia rules that allow financial exposure to digital assets while maintaining an explicit prohibition on direct crypto payments.
Since summer 2025, MOEX has recorded over 600 billion rubles (roughly $7.5 billion) in aggregate turnover from more than 72,000 qualified derivatives traders. The combination of dollar quotation and ruble settlement also serves as an indirect currency hedge for domestic investors.
These two are not the same thing, and one does not produce the other. The left is how this single article reads, from its tone alone. The right is the site’s own call on the asset, from indicators and analysis. Press tone feeds no score and no signal: on the only corpus this site has measured, daily tone tracked the move that had already happened and showed no measurable link with what followed.
