US Spot Bitcoin ETFs Register $102 Million Net Inflows as Price Crosses $85,000
Bitcoin spot exchange-traded funds returned to positive net inflows following significant allocations into major funds including BlackRock's IBIT.
United States spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds recorded $102 million in net daily inflows, reversing a previous session that saw $148 million in net outflows. While five funds experienced a combined $24 million in withdrawals on October 1, stronger inflows into other products drove the aggregate total positive.
BlackRock's IBIT led the session with $195 million in net inflows, alongside Grayscale's GBTC with $14 million and Morgan Stanley's MSBT with $7 million. The influx follows a strong September, during which spot Bitcoin ETFs accumulated more than $2.5 billion in net inflows for the week ending September 25. On-chain exchange netflows also moved to negative $67 million from positive $353 million the prior day, reflecting net outflows from centralized trading venues.
Following the ETF activity, Bitcoin rose 3.3% to trade around $86,272, after briefly hitting a weekly high of $86,912 and clearing the $85,000 mark. Despite the price rebound, technical indicators pointed to subdued momentum, with the Aroon Up indicator standing at 21% after an 11-day decline.
These two are not the same thing, and one does not produce the other. The left is how this single article reads, from its tone alone. The right is the site’s own call on the asset, from indicators and analysis. Press tone feeds no score and no signal: on the only corpus this site has measured, daily tone tracked the move that had already happened and showed no measurable link with what followed.
