XRP Price Remains Flat Following Evernorth Nasdaq Listing with 473 Million Tokens

The public debut of Evernorth Holdings on the Nasdaq has had little immediate impact on spot XRP prices despite the firm's extensive treasury holdings.

Evernorth Holdings began trading on the Nasdaq under the ticker XRPN on October 12, 2026, holding approximately 473 million XRP valued at roughly $657 million upon completion of its merger, alongside around $300 million in pre-cost cash reserves. Backed by industry entities including Ripple, SBI Group, Pantera Capital, and Kraken, the company is managed by former Ripple executive Asheesh Birla and Chief Investment Officer Hugo Jeandesboz.

Despite the substantial treasury entering the public equity markets, spot XRP trading remained largely muted. By Friday midday, the token traded around $1.34, reflecting a modest 2.7% 24-hour gain and a market capitalization of $84.5 billion across roughly $1.5 billion in daily volume.

XRP remains down approximately 28% year-to-date, trading roughly midway between its 52-week low of $0.99 and high of $2.69. Evernorth shares closed up about 1.5% on their first day of trading after fluctuating between a 5% opening gain and an intraday high of 13.43%.

These two are not the same thing, and one does not produce the other. The left is how this single article reads, from its tone alone. The right is the site’s own call on the asset, from indicators and analysis. Press tone feeds no score and no signal: on the only corpus this site has measured, daily tone tracked the move that had already happened and showed no measurable link with what followed.
