BNB Retreats Below 100 Billion Dollar Market Value Despite Weekly Gains
Binance's native token briefly crossed the hundred-billion-dollar valuation threshold before pulling back to around 95 billion dollars.
BNB traded near $715 with a market capitalization of approximately $95.25 billion, posting a weekly gain of nearly 4% despite dipping 1% over 24 hours. The token briefly surpassed the $100 billion market cap mark earlier in the week before sliding back, remaining the fourth-largest cryptocurrency behind Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Tether.
Over the same seven-day span, BNB outpaced major peers, with Bitcoin remaining flat, XRP rising 0.16%, and Solana dropping 0.39%. Demand for BNB remains closely linked to trading activity on Binance, fee discounts, and ecosystem applications, as well as nearly $3 billion in weekly tokenized stock trading volume on BNB Chain this year and the recent pardon of Binance's founder.
Despite its short-term outperformance, BNB trails behind over a 30-day horizon, where its 19.39% rise lags behind gains of 33.65% for XRP, 31.71% for Solana, and 20.94% for Bitcoin. BNB also sits roughly 48% below its record peak of $1,370 set in October 2025, when its circulating supply of roughly 133 million tokens pushed its market valuation close to $190 billion.
These two are not the same thing, and one does not produce the other. The left is how this single article reads, from its tone alone. The right is the site’s own call on the asset, from indicators and analysis. Press tone feeds no score and no signal: on the only corpus this site has measured, daily tone tracked the move that had already happened and showed no measurable link with what followed.
