The campaign, branded by the network operator as the "0 Fee Carnival," applies to three assets: USDC, USD1, and U. It covers exchange withdrawals from seven participating trading platforms, direct wallet-to-wallet transactions on BNB Smart Chain, and inbound USDC bridging across two designated bridge providers.
According to the platform, more than $4.5 million in gas fees have been absorbed on behalf of users since the initiative began, though the figure is self-reported and cannot be independently confirmed. Standard network fees on BNB Smart Chain are denominated in BNB and typically amount to fractions of a dollar, making the exemption primarily relevant to users executing high volumes of transfers or withdrawing balances from custodial venues.
The participating exchanges include Binance, Bitget, MEXC, Ourbit, BingX, LBank, and HTX, with select withdrawal routes also supported over the opBNB layer-2 network. The exemption is limited strictly to the designated tokens and networks, and platforms continue to enforce minimum withdrawal thresholds ranging roughly between $5 and $20.
