Strive Acquires 1,355 Bitcoins to Expand Corporate Treasury Holdings
Strive has purchased 1,355 bitcoins for $107.7 million, bringing its total treasury holdings to 26,355 BTC as it targets the second-largest corporate ranking.
Strive, the Bitcoin treasury firm co-founded by Vivek Ramaswamy, acquired 1,355 bitcoins between September 14 and September 18 for approximately $107.7 million, according to a Form 8-K filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The purchases were completed at an average price of $79,475 per coin, expanding the company's total reserves to 26,355 BTC, valued at more than $2.25 billion.
The acquisition coincided with the exercise of nearly 786,000 warrants, which generated $21.2 million in additional capital for the firm. The accumulation took place as Bitcoin rose past $85,000, supported by over $648 million in short position liquidations across the broader market.
Strive currently ranks as the fifth-largest publicly traded corporate holder of Bitcoin, behind Strategy, Twenty One, Metaplanet, and MARA. The company aims to surpass Twenty One, which holds 43,514 BTC, by the end of 2026. Closing that 17,160 BTC gap over the remaining 14 weeks of the year would require an average purchase pace of approximately 1,226 BTC per week.
These two are not the same thing, and one does not produce the other. The left is how this single article reads, from its tone alone. The right is the site’s own call on the asset, from indicators and analysis. Press tone feeds no score and no signal: on the only corpus this site has measured, daily tone tracked the move that had already happened and showed no measurable link with what followed.
