United States spot XRP exchange-traded funds recorded net weekly outflows of $1.84 million for the week ending October 16, 2026, according to data from SoSoValue. The redemptions halted a 13-week streak of consecutive weekly inflows that had persisted since July, though the net withdrawal represented roughly 0.1% of the funds' total $1.47 billion in assets under management.

The funds logged only one positive day during the week, registering $740,000 in net deposits on October 14, all attributed to the Bitwise XRP ETF. Inflows reversed on October 15 with a net loss of $105,000, as $3.75 million in withdrawals from Bitwise offset $3.6 million in inflows into competing products. Net outflows accelerated to $2.47 million on October 16 across funds managed by Canary, Grayscale, Franklin Templeton, and 21Shares, while Bitwise recorded neutral flows.

The outflows coincided with broader selling pressure across digital assets. XRP fell 8.7% during the week leading to October 17, trading around $1.30 on October 18. The token has declined 29.1% year-to-date and sits 43.1% below its October 2025 level of $2.29, despite gaining 30.3% over the prior 60-day period.

How this piece reads Sell tone -4
Site call on XRP Buy score 27.7

These two are not the same thing, and one does not produce the other. The left is how this single article reads, from its tone alone. The right is the site’s own call on the asset, from indicators and analysis. Press tone feeds no score and no signal: on the only corpus this site has measured, daily tone tracked the move that had already happened and showed no measurable link with what followed.
