Strategy, formerly MicroStrategy, resumed its digital asset accumulation by acquiring 4,603 Bitcoin for approximately $369.7 million between August 24 and August 30. According to an SEC filing, the company paid an average price of $80,318 per coin. This purchase marks its first addition since June 22, concluding a ten-week hiatus during which the firm built cash reserves.

The latest acquisition brings the company's total treasury to 845,050 BTC, acquired for a cumulative $63.73 billion at an average cost of $75,412 per coin. With Bitcoin trading near $78,630, Strategy's reserves are valued at roughly $66.1 billion, representing over 4% of the cryptocurrency's maximum 21 million supply.

Financing for the transaction was generated by selling roughly 4.53 million Class A shares under the firm's at-the-market program, raising about $602.8 million. Beyond the crypto allocation, Strategy deployed $151.8 million to buy back preferred shares, paid $50.7 million in dividends, and placed $30 million into its cash account, leaving $19.09 billion in remaining equity issuance capacity.
