Binance records heavy XRP inflows alongside validator approval for ledger upgrade
XRP deposits onto Binance surged over the past week while the XRPL network prepared for an upcoming batch transaction upgrade.
Binance recorded elevated XRP inflows over the past week, averaging 21.7 million tokens per day. The movement included three major tranches: approximately 91.2 million XRP on September 11, 44.5 million XRP on September 16, and 41.7 million XRP on September 17. Despite the scale of these transfers, Binance's total reserve rose by 0.34% to roughly 2.63 billion XRP, as daily outflows averaging 11.6 million XRP redistributed much of the incoming volume.
On the technical side, the XRPL network advanced toward an infrastructure upgrade. On September 15, Batch V1.1 secured approval from 85.71% of validators, meeting the 80% threshold required to activate the package within a 14-day window closing September 29. The update enables users to bundle up to eight transactions into a single atomic transaction, aiming to streamline multi-account operations and settlement efficiency across a network processing about 2.08 million daily transactions.
In spot trading, XRP rebounded from the $1.24 support level toward $1.42, reclaiming the middle of its recent trading range.
These two are not the same thing, and one does not produce the other. The left is how this single article reads, from its tone alone. The right is the site’s own call on the asset, from indicators and analysis. Press tone feeds no score and no signal: on the only corpus this site has measured, daily tone tracked the move that had already happened and showed no measurable link with what followed.
