BlackRock attracted nearly $900 million into its spot Bitcoin and Ethereum exchange-traded funds over five trading sessions in the week ending August 7, reflecting increased institutional interest in digital assets.

The firm's Bitcoin ETF, IBIT, recorded net inflows of $693.5 million, while its Ethereum ETF, ETHA, attracted $203 million. Combined, the two funds brought in $896.5 million. The inflows were notable for their consistency across most of the week, significantly outpacing competing issuers and reinforcing BlackRock's position as the dominant player in the U.S. spot crypto ETF market.

IBIT's daily performance showed sustained momentum. The fund attracted $111.4 million on August 3, followed by $170.3 million on August 4 and $196.8 million on August 5. It added $128.3 million on August 6 before bringing in $86.7 million on August 7. Across all U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs, which recorded approximately $865.4 million in combined net inflows during the period, IBIT alone captured roughly 80% of new capital.

Ethereum ETF flows showed notable momentum as the week progressed. ETHA began with a $9 million outflow on August 3 before reversing sharply, recording inflows of $42.5 million, $50.3 million, $81.1 million, and $38.1 million over the following four sessions. The fund accounted for more than 83% of the approximately $243.7 million that flowed into U.S. spot Ethereum ETFs during the same period.

Other issuers posted comparatively modest gains. Fidelity's FBTC attracted about $116.5 million for Bitcoin and FETH drew $24.2 million for Ethereum, while Ark Invest and 21Shares' ARKB accumulated roughly $50.8 million and Bitwise's BITB added approximately $25.9 million.

These two are not the same thing, and one does not produce the other. The left is how this single article reads, from its tone alone. The right is the site’s own call on the asset, from indicators and analysis. Press tone feeds no score and no signal: on the only corpus this site has measured, daily tone tracked the move that had already happened and showed no measurable link with what followed.
