XRP Ledger v3.3.0 adds five features for banks and tokenized assets
RippleX is releasing xrpld v3.3.0 next week with batch transactions, permission delegation and privacy improvements aimed at enterprise adoption.
The XRP Ledger is preparing for one of its largest upgrades yet with the rollout of xrpld v3.3.0, which introduces five new features targeting tokenized assets, privacy and institutional finance use cases.
RippleX Head of Product Jazzi Cooper said the XRP Ledger has already demonstrated its ability to support tokenized assets at scale, but the new release focuses on making those assets easier to transfer, trade, use as collateral and settle across the network.
The biggest addition is Batch Transactions, allowing users to combine up to eight transactions into one package. Either all succeed together or all fail, helping reduce costs and improve network efficiency. Permission Delegation lets businesses grant limited account access to employees or third parties without sharing full wallet control, enhancing institutional asset management security.
Confidential Multi-Purpose Tokens hides token balances and transaction amounts from public view while still allowing regulators or approved auditors access when needed. Sponsored Fees and Reserves enables companies to pay network fees on behalf of users, removing the requirement that customers hold XRP just to use applications built on XRPL. Dynamic Multi-Purpose Tokens will let token issuers update certain settings after launch without creating a new token. Two of these features are being restored after earlier versions were removed due to security audit findings. Validators must approve each amendment before the new features become active on mainnet.
These two are not the same thing, and one does not produce the other. The left is how this single article reads, from its tone alone. The right is the site’s own call on the asset, from indicators and analysis. Press tone feeds no score and no signal: on the only corpus this site has measured, daily tone tracked the move that had already happened and showed no measurable link with what followed.
