Tron network activity reached new highs in late August, even as its native token TRX fell 2.2% over 24 hours to trade near $0.3225, giving the network a market valuation of roughly $30.6 billion. According to DefiLlama data, Tron hosts $91.8 billion in Tether (USDT), compared to $73.7 billion on Ethereum, with Tron's USDT supply growing 2.28% over the past month.

Network adoption metrics also showed progress, with Tronscan reporting cumulative user accounts surpassing 401 million on August 29. On the development front, Tron has targeted the third quarter of 2026 for its quantum-resistant mainnet deployment, having launched post-quantum signatures on the Nile testnet in July.

Technical chart patterns present a more cautious outlook. After peaking at $0.3775 in late May, TRX broke out of an ascending triangle in late August toward $0.3518 before reversing. The pullback breached the seven-month trendline support and the 0.382 Fibonacci retracement at $0.3359, leaving the token testing support around the 0.5 retracement near $0.3230.

These two are not the same thing, and one does not produce the other. The left is how this single article reads, from its tone alone. The right is the site’s own call on the asset, from indicators and analysis. Press tone feeds no score and no signal: on the only corpus this site has measured, daily tone tracked the move that had already happened and showed no measurable link with what followed.
