Wyoming Integrates Chainlink Proof of Reserve for State Stablecoin
State regulators have implemented automated onchain verification to monitor reserve backing for the official FRNT token.
The Wyoming Stable Token Commission has integrated Chainlink Proof of Reserve to deliver near-real-time data on the backing and circulation of its state-issued stablecoin, FRNT. The deployment introduces an automated verification layer alongside Chainlink Secure Mint, a mechanism designed to block token issuance unless verified collateral matches or exceeds total circulating supply.
The onchain mechanism functions as a supplement to Wyoming's established disclosure framework rather than a replacement. The state continues to publish daily reserve attestations through The Network Firm's LedgerLens platform, verifying reserve holdings—including cash, short-term U.S. Treasuries, and repurchase agreements—under established accounting standards.
State officials and independent reports noted that the integration enhances transparency by publishing independent audit data directly onto the blockchain, linking third-party examination results directly to token creation controls.
These two are not the same thing, and one does not produce the other. The left is how this single article reads, from its tone alone. The right is the site’s own call on the asset, from indicators and analysis. Press tone feeds no score and no signal: on the only corpus this site has measured, daily tone tracked the move that had already happened and showed no measurable link with what followed.
