Ripple Rebalances $1.36 Million in RLUSD Supply from XRP Ledger to Ethereum
Ripple executed a cross-chain shift of 1.36 million RLUSD tokens, burning supply on the XRP Ledger while minting a matching quantity on Ethereum.
On-chain data on September 6 recorded a matched rebalancing of 1,363,614.85 RLUSD between the XRP Ledger and Ethereum. The transaction permanently removed the tokens from XRPL circulation before minting the exact same amount on Ethereum moments later.
The newly minted tokens on Ethereum were subsequently transferred to an external wallet address. Because the burn and mint were paired, the operation represented a cross-chain liquidity reallocation of roughly $1.36 million rather than an expansion of the stablecoin's net circulating supply.
Ripple maintains RLUSD across both blockchains, utilizing cross-network transfers to place stablecoin liquidity where trading, institutional settlement, or decentralized application demands arise.
These two are not the same thing, and one does not produce the other. The left is how this single article reads, from its tone alone. The right is the site’s own call on the asset, from indicators and analysis. Press tone feeds no score and no signal: on the only corpus this site has measured, daily tone tracked the move that had already happened and showed no measurable link with what followed.
