US Spot Bitcoin ETFs Record $450 Million Outflow Following Legislative Stall
US-listed spot Bitcoin funds logged their largest single-day withdrawal since June as crypto legislation stalled in Congress.
US spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds recorded net outflows totaling $450.4 million on Tuesday, reversing inflows of $159.9 million from the previous day, according to Farside data. The move marks the largest single-day redemption since June 24, when funds lost $469 million.
Fidelity’s FBTC led the redemptions with $214.8 million in outflows, followed by $161.7 million from BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust. Grayscale’s GBTC saw $44.1 million leave the fund, while ARK 21Shares and Bitwise recorded outflows of $17.4 million and $12.4 million, respectively.
The withdrawals coincided with a 2.5% drop in Bitcoin's price over 24 hours to around $75,700 following the stall of the CLARITY Act in the US Senate.
These two are not the same thing, and one does not produce the other. The left is how this single article reads, from its tone alone. The right is the site’s own call on the asset, from indicators and analysis. Press tone feeds no score and no signal: on the only corpus this site has measured, daily tone tracked the move that had already happened and showed no measurable link with what followed.
