Litecoin Large Wallets Fall to 2022 Levels as Grayscale Submits ETF Conversion Filing

On-chain data shows a sharp drop in large Litecoin holdings to levels last seen in 2022, coinciding with a new regulatory filing by Grayscale for a spot ETF.

On-chain metrics shared by analyst Joao Wedson show that the number of Litecoin addresses holding between $1 million and $10 million, as well as those with over $10 million, has declined to levels last seen at the 2022 market bottom. The data indicates a contraction in large-holder balances during the current phase.

Wedson noted that similar pullbacks in whale wallet counts occurred during previous periods of market stress, while stating that the metric reflects reduced representation among large holders rather than confirming a market bottom. Litecoin was trading at $53.58, up 0.18% over 24 hours.

Separately, Grayscale submitted an S-3/A filing to the Securities and Exchange Commission to convert its Grayscale Litecoin Trust into a listed exchange-traded product. Under the proposal, the shares would trade on NYSE Arca under the ticker LTCN.

These two are not the same thing, and one does not produce the other. The left is how this single article reads, from its tone alone. The right is the site’s own call on the asset, from indicators and analysis. Press tone feeds no score and no signal: on the only corpus this site has measured, daily tone tracked the move that had already happened and showed no measurable link with what followed.
