Wallets tied to the April 1 exploit of Drift Protocol transferred 25,700 Ether, valued at roughly $61.56 million, into the Tornado Cash mixing service over a two-hour window. Data from Arkham Intelligence reveals the funds were routed in standard batches of 100 ETH alongside smaller 10 ETH deposits following two months of inactivity.

This transaction follows an earlier round on July 23 and 24, when an associated wallet moved approximately 23,095 ETH, then worth $44.4 million, into the mixer. Across 71 tracked addresses, the exploiter continues to hold 81,454 ETH valued at roughly $198.58 million, alongside approximately $561,600 in other tokens including USDT, USDC, and Solana.

The original attack on Drift's Solana-based vaults netted $295.7 million, primarily through $159.3 million in Jupiter Liquidity Provider (JLP) tokens and $71.4 million in USDC that were subsequently converted and bridged to Ethereum. Drift previously reported that the breach resulted from a six-month social engineering operation, with cybersecurity firm Mandiant attributing the activity to the North Korean threat group UNC6862.

These two are not the same thing, and one does not produce the other. The left is how this single article reads, from its tone alone. The right is the site’s own call on the asset, from indicators and analysis. Press tone feeds no score and no signal: on the only corpus this site has measured, daily tone tracked the move that had already happened and showed no measurable link with what followed.
