Ethereum ETFs Posted $320.1 Million in Weekly Outflows Dominated by BlackRock
Redemptions from US Ethereum exchange-traded funds exceeded $320 million during mid-October, with BlackRock's product accounting for over 93% of the total.
Spot Ethereum exchange-traded funds in the United States recorded net outflows of $320.1 million over the week of October 12 to 16, 2026. The asset's spot price declined roughly 3.6% across seven days, hovering around $2,422.
The vast majority of the capital exit originated from a single product. BlackRock's iShares Ethereum Trust logged $299 million in net redemptions, representing 93.4% of total Ethereum fund outflows for the five-day period.
Activity across other Ethereum issuers remained subdued by comparison. Grayscale experienced $18.3 million in outflows from its main trust and $12.4 million from its mini trust, alongside a $0.9 million redemption from Franklin Templeton. In contrast, Fidelity's Ethereum fund registered net inflows of $10.5 million.
Across the wider US crypto ETF market, net outflows reached $610.7 million for the week, down 52.5% from the $1.2863 billion withdrawn between October 5 and 9.
These two are not the same thing, and one does not produce the other. The left is how this single article reads, from its tone alone. The right is the site’s own call on the asset, from indicators and analysis. Press tone feeds no score and no signal: on the only corpus this site has measured, daily tone tracked the move that had already happened and showed no measurable link with what followed.
