Goldman Sachs has emerged as the largest institutional investor in spot XRP exchange-traded funds, according to second-quarter 13F regulatory filings compiled by Bloomberg Intelligence. The investment bank increased its allocation by $83.1 million during the period, bringing its total exposure to $87.4 million. Other major institutional holders include Jane Street Group with $16.6 million, Millennium Management with $16.2 million, Intesa Sanpaolo with $14.4 million, and Marex UK Holdings with $8.1 million. While most listed firms increased their positions, entities such as Citadel Advisors, Gallacher Capital Management, SIG Holding, and Flow Traders US reduced their exposure.

Broader market data shows sustained demand across the segment, with cumulative net inflows reaching $1.8 billion since launch, according to Bloomberg's James Seyffart. Inflows expanded steadily from $150 million following the November 2025 launch to nearly $1.8 billion by late August. Analyst CryptoSensei observed that capital continued to enter the funds even during stretches of price weakness. During a recent pullback to roughly $1.37, the spot ETFs recorded more than $150 million in inflows over nine consecutive trading days, alongside a decline in exchange reserves.

Alongside institutional ETF activity, Ripple's stablecoin, RLUSD, reached a $2 billion market capitalization within two years of operation. July attestation figures show that more than $1 billion of the stablecoin has been issued directly on the XRP Ledger.

These two are not the same thing, and one does not produce the other. The left is how this single article reads, from its tone alone. The right is the site’s own call on the asset, from indicators and analysis. Press tone feeds no score and no signal: on the only corpus this site has measured, daily tone tracked the move that had already happened and showed no measurable link with what followed.
