Bitmine Immersion Technologies reported total holdings of $15.8 billion in crypto assets, cash, and marketable securities as of September 13, 2026. The company’s primary reserve consists of 5,956,378 Ether tokens, valued at $2,513 per token, representing roughly 4.9% of Ethereum’s total circulating supply of 122 million ETH.
The disclosure details that 5,067,309 of the company's Ether tokens are staked via the MAVAN validator network, representing an estimated $12.7 billion in value. Beyond its Ethereum position, Bitmine holds 212 Bitcoin, a $180 million stake in Beast Industries, $98 million in Eightco Holdings shares, and $549 million in cash and marketable securities.
The company stated it is pursuing a target to accumulate 5% of the total ETH supply. Bitmine noted institutional backing from several firms and investors, including ARK's Cathie Wood, Founders Fund, Pantera, Kraken, DCG, Galaxy Digital, and Tom Lee, who is scheduled to deliver a keynote at KBW on September 30, 2026.
