Trump Media transfers 2,628 BTC to Crypto.com, holdings fall below 4,261
Trump Media moved another large Bitcoin tranche to the exchange, extending a series of transfers that has involved over 7,000 BTC across seven months.
Trump Media & Technology Group transferred 2,628 Bitcoin worth roughly $165 million to Crypto.com, according to blockchain analytics platform Lookonchain citing Arkham data. This marks the latest in a series of movements from wallets linked to the company behind Truth Social.
Lookonchain's analysis indicates Trump Media purchased 11,542 BTC at an average price of $118,522 before beginning the transfer sequence. Over the past seven months, wallets attributed to Trump Media have moved a combined 7,281 BTC, the platform reported.
Arkham-tracked wallets showed 4,261 BTC attributed to Trump Media at publication, worth $269.8 million, though the company's actual holdings were larger. Trump Media disclosed in its second-quarter filing that it held approximately 14,139 BTC as of July 31, including Bitcoin pledged or deployed through collateral arrangements and other structures.
The transfers follow two earlier movements to Crypto.com recorded on May 22, when Trump Media-linked wallets transferred a combined 2,650 BTC. The company's stock, trading under the ticker DJT on Nasdaq, lost more than 25 percent of its value over the same period, closing Friday at $9.86.
These two are not the same thing, and one does not produce the other. The left is how this single article reads, from its tone alone. The right is the site’s own call on the asset, from indicators and analysis. Press tone feeds no score and no signal: on the only corpus this site has measured, daily tone tracked the move that had already happened and showed no measurable link with what followed.
