Privy Integrates XRP Ledger for Embedded Wallets as Token Trades at $1.33
Stripe subsidiary Privy has added XRP Ledger support to its infrastructure, allowing developers to embed blockchain accounts into applications.
XRP traded at $1.33 on Wednesday evening, down roughly 2.7% over 24 hours, even as Ripple announced an infrastructure integration with Privy. Privy, an independently operated subsidiary acquired by payment firm Stripe last year, develops embedded wallets that allow applications to generate blockchain accounts in the background without requiring users to install standalone wallet software. This functionality is now available on the XRP Ledger.
Market data from CoinGecko as of October 14 showed XRP trading near the bottom of its daily range between $1.33 and $1.38, roughly equivalent to 1.20 euros. The token has dropped 6.9% over seven days and 5.1% over a month, leaving its market capitalization at $84.2 billion with 24-hour trading volume of $1.87 billion. The current price sits 63.4% below its record high of $3.65.
The decline coincided with broader macro pressure across the cryptocurrency market. U.S. consumer inflation rose to 3.7% on Wednesday, with the core figure exceeding forecasts, prompting Bitcoin to drop below $82,000. In that context, XRP's daily slide of 2.7% aligned with broader market movements. A previously identified support level at $1.30 remains untested.
These two are not the same thing, and one does not produce the other. The left is how this single article reads, from its tone alone. The right is the site’s own call on the asset, from indicators and analysis. Press tone feeds no score and no signal: on the only corpus this site has measured, daily tone tracked the move that had already happened and showed no measurable link with what followed.
