The fund started the five-day stretch with $134.3 million in inflows on September 14, absorbed outflows on September 15 and 16, and rebounded with positive flows of $183.7 million and $108.4 million over the remaining two sessions.
The broader U.S. spot Bitcoin ETF market experienced significant volatility over the same period. The sector saw $160 million in net entries on September 14, followed by combined redemptions of $450.3 million and $296 million over the next two days, before returning to net positive inflows of $159.5 million on September 17 and $433 million on September 18. Cumulative net inflows across all spot Bitcoin funds have reached approximately $54.7 billion since their January 2024 debut, with total assets under management around $96.2 billion.
While BlackRock expanded its Bitcoin ETF balances alongside a market recovery above $80,500 on September 18, the asset manager's Ethereum products faced net selling, with its ETHA and ETHB funds logging combined weekly outflows of roughly $49.1 million.
